2026-2027 Enrollment applications for current families open in March 2026 and are due by April of each year.
If you need to fill out an application for tuition reduction, please reach out to us! We only consider tuition reductions for families who are up-to-date on tuition payments and have met their volunteer requirements from the previous year (if applicable).

Supply Fee : $75/family with students in Primary and Elementary
Consumable Fee : $200/Erdkinder child
Supply fees cover janitorial expenses that are not included on the school supply list — the professional services needed to operate a clean, healthy and safe facility.
Consumable fees cover the cost of workbooks and materials (such as experiments) that are single use and bought for each student. Work books are sent home with the children throughout the year as they are completed.

Tuition Information
Full Day Enrollment | 8:30am-3:00pm, children aged 4 and up
First child: $7,540
Second child: $2,500
Third child: $2,400

Half Day Enrollment | 8:30am-11:30am, children aged 2.5 - 3. When a child turns four, a plan is made to transition them to a full-day schedule.
One child: $3,000
As a second child with either a full day or half day sibling: $1,675
Payment PlanS
Lump Sum : Due June 10 — 5% discount applied
Bi-Annual : Due June 10 and December 10
10-Month (August-May) : Due on the 10th of each month
12-Month (June-May) : Due the 10th of each month

At this time, automatic withdrawals are not available. However, your bank should offer a Bill Payment option where you can schedule checks to be sent to Sancta Maria at automatic intervals. Please check with your bank to set this up, if you desire.

DCF Funding
Families seeking tuition assistance will need to complete an application for assistance through the Department for Children and Families. Depending on income and other factors, families may be eligible for tuition assistance through the state.
